Shipping & Delivery Policy

Cappee sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges. Here is how each purchase reaches you.

Caption plans

Card, netbanking and Razorpay UPI payments activate your plan instantly. Direct UPI payments are activated after we check your UPI transaction ID, usually within 24 hours. Your captions are ready to use in the caption tool once the plan is active.

Done-for-you orders

We start once your payment is confirmed. Finished captions are delivered as a download link on the order tracking page and by email, usually within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Long videos or busy days may take up to 72 hours; we email you if there is a delay.

Creator listings

Your listing goes live on the creators directory once your payment is confirmed and the listing is approved, usually within 24 hours.
