Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of Cappee, operated by SAVARA SHESHOR BIN, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By using Cappee you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Cappee.

What Cappee offers

• AI caption tool: generates captions for your videos. New users get 10 free trial captions once; after that you need a paid plan.
• Done-for-you captions: our team creates captions for a video you send us.
• Creator directory: creators can list their channel, and brands can find creators and send inquiries.

Your account

You sign in with Google to buy a plan. Keep your Google account safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and under-18 users need a parent or guardian's permission.

Payments and plans

• Prices are in Indian rupees and shown on the pricing page before you pay.
• Plans and listings are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Unused captions do not carry over to a new period.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the captions we create for them.
• You give us permission to store and process your videos only to provide the service to you.
• You must own your videos or have permission to use them. Don't upload anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Cappee: no getting around caption limits or payments, overloading or attacking the service, scraping, reselling access, or posting false information in the creator directory or brand inquiries. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that break these terms, and refund unused paid time where fair.

AI captions are not perfect

Captions are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, especially with background noise, mixed languages or unclear speech. Please review them before you publish. Cappee is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Creators and brands

We help creators and brands find each other but are not part of any deal they make. We don't guarantee deals, payments between them, or the accuracy of what creators or brands say about themselves.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, views or followers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Cappee means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.
